JOB SUMMARY: This position is for a strong graphic and web designer with experience specifically designing, coding and distributing HTML email campaigns. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: •Design and build HTML emails for all of our hotel brands •Assist the senior marketing manager in the creative process and strategy of deciding on creative for each segment •Analyze email data & reports including click- through rates, open rates, conversion and sales data and incorporate recommended improvements into future email campaigns •Coordinate sending of emails with marketing dept. •Stay up-to-date on deliverability trends and design emails that help improve deliverability JOB QUALIFICATIONS: •Advanced experience with HTML for emails, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign & Dreamweaver •Experience with jQuery a plus •Strong understanding of email marketing best practices such as the litmus test •Excellent analytic skills and strong data-driven approach Strategic thinking, creative & excellent knowledge of English
